I have shopped at WBU for many years. I have always had a positive experience. Everyone has been friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. It's a stop I always look forward to while running errands. My birds love that I shop at WBU too!!

Not only can I be sure I am putting quality bird seed out I get great tips for attracting migrating birds. I often run errands with my dog Skip, and he loves that he can shop with me, and the staff has delicious treats in the office for him. The sales team truly cares about their customers at this store and always offer to carry out my purchases. Customer service above and beyond that is becoming more rare in recent years.
