I am always satisfied with the friendly service, availability of products, seminars. Wish you were a little closer to Fitchburg, but I plan ahead for errands out that way.

For my first online order, things went very well. I'm not an expert on the computer. After my order didn't go through, I called by phone to your store. The person who took my call was very polite and helpful. She gave me a few hints and suggested I try online again. If I still had trouble, she told me to call again and she would take my order. This time my order went through. It turned out to be a pleasent experience.
