Staff were very friendly - offered to put my items on the counter while I continued to shop. Also knowledgeable about the cylinder birdseed offerings for the type of birds I like to feed.

Brad really took his time helping me figure out what I needed to outfit my garden to attract a large variety of birds. I never felt rushed, and every question that I asked he could answer and sometimes even give me a few options to consider and pros and cons. I can’t recommend Brad highly enough.

Was able to get in get what I needed and get out. It was super easy to find what I was looking for. Staff at the checkout was very nice and friendly.

Though the item I wanted wasn’t currently in the store the staff placed an order for it and it came fairly quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The store is easy to get to, with plenty of parking. I live in an apartment and must use no-mess birdseed, which I can’t get anywhere else. Staff is always helpful, and will carry heavy items to my car.

So many things to choose from! New things are coming too! Have everything a birder would need!!!!

I needed to return a feeder pole part that didn't work for me and get something that would.Those transactions were smooth. I also was uncertain what bird feeder I wanted and was a little worried about picking the wrong one! Staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I selected the one she recommended and had the bird I was looking for on the feeder the next day!
