The store was extremely well maintained and had an air of friendliness. The associates who helped me were extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was able to find what I was looking for and more.

I immediately found the seed I needed. As usual, they had it in stock. Also found a great deal on an accessory to take care of our bird friends next winter. I always enjoy visiting with my friends at WBU and getting new insights on when to expect our migratory birds, and finding the best options for feeding all of our feathered friends based on the season.

Staff is always so friendly and knowledgable.

I needed replacement parts for 2 of my squirrel eliminator feeders. Sherri had them in stock and switched them out on the spot. Also told her I had lost a perch off of my yellow finch feeder. She gave me that as well. She also got me signed up for the bird seed club, which I didn’t know about. With the 15% discount, the higher quality seed at WBU is as affordable as I’m paying for lower quality seed at another store. Great in store experience ! I will be back!

Love coming into your store! The workers are always very helpful. Even loading the car as needed. And by the way it is such a homey touch having the mountain dog to greet me time to time!
