The staff is always courteous and helpful. They are equipped to answer any questions and provide suggestions for our bird oasis. We are always satisfied with their supplies and appreciate their curbside assistance if needed. They treat you like family. In addition, we also enjoy the educational events that they have hosted. The store is so much fun to shop in and always have merchandise to enhance your home tranqulity while learning and enjoying our feather friends.

The staff member was welcoming and so helpful with offering me a variety of solutions and suggestions to my questions. She was very knowledgeable about local birds, as well as the products and offers of the store.

The staff at Wild Birds Unlimited are very courteous, helpful and friendly. We have no problem at Wild Birds Unlimited just wished they had stayed in the Goodlettsville area, but we do go to Hendersonville for some of our shopping.

My daughter, 18 months, is in love with birds. I purchased a window bird feeder from Amazon and purchased food from a local store. We just happened to come across the store in Hendersonville, TN and fell in LOVE. I gained knowledge from the friendly staff from the type of food I should use to upcoming events in the area. My daughter fell in love with the staff and I honestly did too! I became a member right there. We can’t wait to go back and visit again.
