Friendly staff, very helpful

The staff is so very pleasant and so knowledgeable. The store is so very organized and tastefully decorated. It is a wonderful place to find a gift for the person “who has everything”!! I always know they will have the answers to my questions and if not, they will find the information I’m looking for. And I know I am feeding our birds the best quality food for them!

The staff is always friendly, helpful and resupplies shelf when something is missing. The product is known by the staff and recommendations are made. When someone comes into the store for an "errand" for someone else, they staff makes the "non-birder" feel comfortable and welcomed also.

Very relaxing atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff who gave great customer service. Wide selection of merchandise to choose from and quality of items was excellent. Staff even helped me to put a heavy bag of bird seed into the car for me very kind and considerate.
