Every time I shop at WBU the staff gets great! Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Best customer service of any store I’ve can think of. I started shopping at WBU in November 2023 when I got into birding after retirement. I got great advice getting started with purchasing feeders and your product old system and I continue to come back for new items and feed. Cheaper products are out there, but the quality at WBU is worth the extra cost. And coupons are helpful as well.

They are always friendly and greet me when I walk in. They have always been helpful when I ask questions. For the pole system, they have walked me through the best way to configure it.
