The staff is very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful.They have always been able to answer questions I have about any product.The owner Bernie is always friendly and Deb is awesome at her job! All the products seem to be fresh & good quality. They also carry a lot of nice gifts. Love this store!!

Found the items I was looking for quickly and found items for future purchase. I like that the items I found are relatively hard to find but this store is close to where I live so I can make return trips. I like the fact that I am offered a discount through emails. It's a perfect place for finding unique gifts you don't find everywhere.

We were greeted with a welcome "Hello". We picked one feeder out and were helped and directed to a better value. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and recommended other ways to save money by joining the WBU club and showed us the gift we will receive. Our next visit we'll be taking advantage of that for sure. The store was clean and very well stocked and we found what we were looking for.

I love this store. The staff are so helpful and I seem to learn something new at every visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We give the birds the No Mess Blend and always have shelled peanuts out. Our feeders hang so we can see the birds out the kitchen window. We also have a seed wreath there. Flickers, Downy's, Hairy's, finch, Titmice, Chicadees, 2 different kinds of nuthatch, cardnals, Blue Jays and my favorite, Carolina Wrens all visit.

Received such great service. Bari was so wonderful and full of local bird knowledge and feeder styles. She provided such great information for this novice-soon-to-be-experienced-bird-feeder. What started as a quick stop in for one feeder, led to so much more... including a Discount Membership. Also... thanks for the heads-up on the Cornell University Bird Cam. So cool to see how the birds react to different feeders and food types.

I have gone to WBU for years! The owner is so knowledgeable & so friendly! Best place in town!!!
