Welcomed into the store. Helped with what I was looking for very quickly and offered assistance to get it to my car.

I love to look around the store. You have such interesting items. I saw some parrot sun lights today. Wish I had an place to put them. I also enjoy the nest cam.

It is a very attractive store in a good location. The bird seed & critter products are varied and fresher than at big box stores. There are so many more items available than just birdseed that can make wonderful gifts at very reasonable prices. Above all I value the the employees for their knowledge and welcoming customer service.

Everyone in the store is so very knowledgeable and so willing to help you. The quality of the merchandise is always impeccable and just what our birds want! We don’t shop anywhere else for birdseed or anything we need for our birds.

We were given a friendly greeting when we entered the store. We were asked if we needed assistance in finding anything or if the staff could answer any questions about the merchandise. The checkout was prompt and we were asked if we needed assistance in taking items purchased out to our car. We also noticed some other items on our way out of the store and a staff member answered out questions about those products. We will most likely return to the store in the future to purchase one of those items.

The chimes I purchased are high quality and will last. The new lady was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love looking at all the different types of things throughout the store. I see things in WBU that I don't see anywhere else.
