Though I live in West Virginia and there is no store close to me, I always go to the store in Toledo when I visit family. The staff is very knowledgeable,helpful and they always are genuinely happy to see you. The store is clean & a wide variety of items.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. The store always has a good selection of bird supplies and gifts for bird lovers. Bernie runs a very good establishment.

We like the products the WBUL sells and the staff. The seed is great in mulch beds because nothing grows. We love that part. It is a little pricey but birds do like it.

Greeted upon arrival, store clean and well organized, great food and gift selection, high quality food and gifts, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Outside animals I feed eat almost every drop of selections given.

Even though a new cashier was in training, checkout was fast. Always get help carrying purchase to the car.
