The stores location is great, the only issue I have ever had is the price of some items, but overall love this store and the staff that works there.

On the last survey I had reported an issue with my $5 survey coupon not being applied by the cashier. However, within 1 hour of submitting my complaint on-line, I received a call from Wildbirds and was told that the discount was applied, but erroneously with the club discount. I was very happy with their quick response and once again am very satisfied with the folks at Wildbirds.

The staff is always very nice and willing to assist, even if it is just carrying a bag of bird seed to the car.
