The ladies in the store were VERY helpful and recommended products based on my needs. I am very happy with my purchase and was happy to become a member. I've enjoyed my free gifts as well.

Bernie and his sales assistants are always pleasant, always smiling and very helpful! One of the ladies remembers that I enjoy participating in Biggest Bird Week in Northwest Ohio and we discuss that often. Another staff member is aware two of our grandsons have autism. Every visit I see her she inquires about the boys.
