Associate was knowledgable - noticed i changed my hairstyle even though ive onlt seen her a few times - recommended a great birding book (which i bought and read in 3 days!) and made suggestions on my feeders

I believe the merchandise is very well made. Although a little pricey on some items, they are very well made and is worth the money.
