the delivery was faster than expected, the package was packaged well, and I found that I had a surprise gift because I became a member. My backyard birds are enjoying their new treats!

I placed an order for a feeder on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived THE NEXT DAY - Sunday! Was totally floored. Had a really nice, personal note from Bernie, too. This is a great store, we live about an hour away and shop in person when we can. Customer service is fabulous.
