Knowledge of staff and supplies available

I have had trouble with rats two years ago and was told not to feed the birds. it broke my heart not feeding them. So i talked to the gentleman and he suggest a feeder I would never have chosen, but after talking with him I think he made good points. So I purchased it. Too soon to tell yet, but I feel confident it will solve my problem and let me feed the birds again!! Hope to see Bernie next time .
