The sales floor was very clean, well organized and well lighted. All of the items I previewed online were in the store and easily accessible. I enjoyed laying eyes-on and handling the merchandise prior to purchase and the hours of operation for visiting the store are satisfactory.

This was our first visit and had no idea what we were doing. Our saleslady was amazing - By the time we left we felt we knew enough to get started!

Even though I couldn't use my birthday coupon on bird food, I looked at bird houses, and a very helpful employee emerged from the back, giving me lots of good information. I spent more than I intended, in large part because of the staff there. Small stores really do make a difference if the employees are good. Sorry I didn't get her name.

Bernie Place the store owner always is very informative with his answers to any of my birding questions and so are his staff. Bernie's store is always very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. I have been a customer at Bernie's store for twenty years.

Knowledgeable people and found that pricing especially with the member discount is competitive.
