I met Debi and Debbie while I was in the store. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful.

All my questions were answered along with my problems and I received so much fantastic information.

Very friendly and helpful associate. I joined the “bird club!” When I shopped there about 3 weeks earlier, my experience was bland. No mention of a savings program. Customer service was functional. I really appreciated the customer service I received last Sunday.

The women who assisted us were beyond wonderful. Smiles, kindness, helpful, patient. What can I say? I really look forward to my visits there

I received a lot of information on feeding and attracting different birds, as well as recommendations on the types of seed to use. The salesperson was extremely knowledgable, and could answer all of my questions, since I am new to wild birds!

The store associates are always very friendly and I was surprised when I went in, that the store associate was able to look up my past purchases, so I knew exactly what I needed to buy again.
