Every time I have been in the store the employees are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate their kindness and enthusiasm for birds. I love the merchandise. I will definitely be back!

I always find what I am looking for and I know the product is quality. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I feel you get what you pay for. The cost is more than other places but you know you have the products for a very long time.
