When one of my items was unavailable, I got an immediate phone call asking if I would like a replacement item. I also got a nice note and a cute little bird drawing on it from Lynn who packed my box.

Always a pleasant experience shopping in the clean, well organized & stocked store because of the extremely friendly & helpful employees who obviously like their jobs :-)

Had everything I was looking for

I wish I could remember the lady's name that took care of me. She was very helpful. She took my phone number. Going to try to see about a bird feeder statstation that has a sun dail on it.

So shocked my delivery was same day. Only issue is my birds don’t like the bark butter. I have put it on the tree and we’ll the rain washed it off after days of just sitting there. This tree is used by most of my birds but the seem to avoid it.
