The folks knew their merchandise and the birds of this area. I had a problem with one of the items, a window hummingbird feeder that would not stick to my window. I returned it and replaced it with another type. The switch was quick and easy. Concern was expressed about its not adhering to the window and alternative was agreed upon. I will continue to purchase from them.

Quality and different selection of bird seed. The only place that I shop for bird seed. I like your staff and the store variety in merchandise.

Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love this store, and the selection is vast. It is one of my happy places. I wish there was a store closer to where I live-other than that totally awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
