Product seemed to pricey

High prices. Membership to WBU is pricey and unless you spend a small fortune on products you will never get your money back. Most store give out FREE memberships to capture your information, not the situation here. You pay the store for the privilege of giving them your information and in return get a minimal discount on overpriced products.

Staff is always slow in checking me out. The cost of the merchandise is very expensive. The store is not close to where I live.

There was only 3 other customers in the store at the time I was there . I had to hunt down someone to help me find a “holder” for the squirrel 🐿 bird feeder . I am assuming that there were 4 people who were employees at the time I was at the store . One was helping a customer and was on the computer , other was at the register looking like she really didn’t want to help , the other 2 were on the floor but never came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. And I can’t believe the price for your bird seed critters are so expensive now. I could only afford one and unfortunately that will be the last one I will ever buy . They are cute though .

Love the store; unimpressed with the empty shelves (and what I wanted was not in the back)! BERNIE would be so disappointed!!!!!Have shopped here for years - can’t believe a store can go down that fast with new owners! 🥲

The two times I shopped inside the store a employee did not have their nose covered by their mask. This was a different employee each time. Since I'm in my 70's this is important to me. I don't know whether I will go back or not. Usually if I go to a store and this happens twice I no longer shop there.

The hummingbird feeder I purchased did not have a threaded end to screw into the base and therefore could not be used. There was a special for members but when I asked about it she said I didn't qualify but didn't explain to me how I could join. The road in front of the store is a mess to get through and I hate the idea of having to go through all of that traffic again. Would not recommend this store.

The store was out of Supersuet No Melt Cylinder. The woman who waited on me wanted me to renew my membership 27 days early. She did not say 'Thank you' when I paid.

staff are very friendly and they make you feel so comfortable when I'm in the store.
