Enough clerks on hand so I could be in and out. High quality merchandise

One of the items I ordered was actually out of stock with no ETA so had to order an alternative product. However, store personnel contacted me and were extremely helpful in ordering an alternative item. Also, shipping was incredibly quick. Other than the out of stock item, all was good.

I was highly satisfied.

I bought a product that was missing a piece that I have to return

Gave us wrong order which made an extra trip but not a huge problem. Great place to shop. Can’t beat the bird knowledge they have. They have answered every question I have asked as an experienced birder still learning more.

The variety of merchandise was not the same as in previous years. There used to be a much more varied selection of gift merchandise, and some of the staples were not clearly visible.

I forgot my birthday discount card and I was unable to use it on my purchase. Just annoying that I had to have the actual physical card. Seems like there should be some way you could keep up with it in the system if I had used it or not.

You can barely walk around the store, to much merchadise

The location is far from my home and it is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.
