One sales lady bugged me.

Did not have some items in stock and did not know when they would get them

I was in and out for a very small and basic purchase. The visit was brief, and my shopping needs rather generic and limited in scope.

Prices are too high, even with the club discount. I'm certain that I can purchase similar quality seed elsewhere for much less. I stay with WBU because it's a good location, the store is convenient for shopping and the items I purchase regularly are easy to locate. I would also recommend that you update your credit card scanners. They are old, slow and outdated. I am able to use my smart phone to make purchases at most of the stores that we use in the Sylvania/Toledo area, paying with a Samsung telephone app. It's much faster and more convenient, without the need to take out my wallet and search for the appropriate card. It's a little more expensive than your old card readers, but your customers deserve it.

I feel I was sold a product that isn’t working to my satisfaction.

Price of the merchandise was a little high

Probably won't need anything before then.

Just picked up my usual product. Checkout was ok and they put my order in the car
