The quality of the foods and the feeders is always topnotch. The staff is very knowledgeable about the birds and their feeding and nesting habits so they are always a good source of information and help. The staff is always very helpful in finding just what I need.

The price of your birdseed is getting out of my budget for feeding the birds. I’m now going to shop around, Tractor supply, Walmart, etc

Ever since the original owner has departed, something is different. There seems to be less staff to wait on customers. The staff that is there is very nice but love to chat amongst themselves while I waited for 10 minutes to check out. Two people ahead of me so one staff member opened second register and said she can easily do so when there are more than 2 customers. However, once she rang up the customer, she started talking to the two other staff at the register and they carried on for a good five minutes while I stood there. Three of them (staff) were consumed with one other customer for 10 minutes while I waited in line - just talking and trying to figure something out about a return. There doesn't seem to be an urgency to check out customers - lately everyone seems preoccupied like they have more important things to do than wait on customers. AS mentioned, there is a distinct different in staff attitude since Bernie has left - hope it's not a sign of what's to come.

no reason. I rarely use Highly Satisfied as it leaves no room for improvement. LOL.
