Products are too expensive

The price of bird seed getting to costly here unfortunately cannot afford to pay that much for seed and other things like suet cakes . Even with membership the prices are to high to justify having the membership. Also, not to many savings offers like there use to be.

The only factor preventing my experience from being "highly satisfied" is your pricing. I could easily purchase the same amount of the same seed elsewhere for less money. I use your store because of its excellent location and because the quality of your merchandise is very good. If you can find a way to lower my cost, through coupons, sale pricing, or anything else, my shopping experience will become "highly satisfied."

The store is not close to where I live and it is in a very congested part of town.

The bird food is very expensive

Just found out the price of similar birdseed at Costco so realize wild birds Unlimited is very high priced. And got convinced to renew the membership should not have spent an extra $25 as we won’t take advantage of the membership. Any chance we can get our money back?

Prices were slightly higher than other stores with the same items, but the selection is much better.

I was not informed about a special promotion that was running. I found out about it the next day or so when I happened to read an email which I had received. Had I known about the promotion or had I been told/reminded I would have made a qualifying purchase.

DISSAPOINTED WITH PRICE INCREASE

This store is always helpful and have good solution to my problems. Alway has what I need in stock.
