Help is always available...Assisstants are very knowledge..They are not pushy.

I usually am Highly Satisfied, my only complaint was that the delivery driver put my order over the fence in the yard of my neighbor. Nothing like that has ever happened before. I called the store because I was concerned where my order was, the lady was very nice and when I discovered that my order was sitting in my neighbors yard I called to let her know that I did get my order. She was very apologetic, I didn't blame her nor the store. My address is on the house and any other time my order was put on my porch. Just want to make sure that those in charge are aware so it doesn't happen again and to let the driver know to be more aware of his or hers delivery. I don't drive so I depend on delivery and this will not stop me from ordering again. I understand things happen and people make mistakes.
