Great variety of products and a knowledgeable staff.

The staff is always friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We share common interests with most staff members and have interesting and useful discussions. The store is organized in an attractive way. The merchandise includes many interesting items that we do not find at other stores and is generally reasonably priced. We have never had any problems with paying for our purchases.

The staff recognizes me by name. Suggestions are offered for specific feeding. Seed quailty always high.

I was greeted by the welcoming staff as soon as I entered the store. The team members were very friendly and available to help me find the items I needed. The store is very clean and product is displayed beautifully making it easy and convenient to shop. Checkout was quick and very helpful and I always appreciate that the bag of seed is carried to my car. It was a great experience and they have an awesome team at our Toledo WBU!
