The staff is knowledgeable about the birds in the area. They have an excellent selection of products for sale. The birdfood they sell attracts a wide variety of feeder birds. We have especially good luck with the bark butter bits.

I was greeted by a store clerk in a friendly and helpful manner. She gave suggestions of products I could use. She made sure to allow us time to make up our minds and checked us out without delay.

The store floor space is small, which makes it a bit cramped and tough to navigate when it gets busy. I've been in other WBUL stores (Ann Arbor, MI) which were bigger. Merchandise displays were layed out better, not as tight/cramped. Still, a very nice store (Toledo) and a very nice staff.

First time in this store and I will definitely come back happy sales staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The feeders are sturdy and last a long time. The food is high quality and lots of choices to feed different birds. The staff seem to know about bird and their feeding and are always helpful.

I am a regular. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful and know their stuff. The store is always bright, neat and well-stocked. It is a pleasure shopping there.

The friendliness, cleanliness and variety of merchandise are a big reason why I keep returning to this store. Whenever I have a problem with the mechanics of one of the bird feeders I bought, they are helpful and fix the mechanics immediately. I love going to a place the provides for and loves our wildlife.

The staff is always very friendly and cheerful. There was only one package of the seed I was looking for on the shelf but the employee was happy to get another from the back but also suggested a larger size that was a better buy. We have always found the staff at this store to be both very knowledgeable and willing to help and answer any questions we may have.
