Mary, who waited on us, and her co-workers were very friendly and had helpful suggestions. We ended up with three new bird feeders, however, one tube to go inside a cage was too long for the cage given. We saw the example of how it was supposed to be but trying to put it together this morning, the two didn't fit together. Not a big deal as Steve goes to Toledo at least once a week for work. We still value our experience there as highly satisfied.
