The young man helping me was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly show me products I was looking for, and even pointed out a feature I didn’t know about.

The merchandise that I needed was in stock. When I use these products, the birds regularly visit the feeders.

In short, I just love bird watching and like to learn more ways to entice them into my home environment! I enjoy thinking I am making a difference in the health and sustainability of the natural bird population. This store provides so much information along with the physical means of putting the info to use. I love the posting of recent bird sightings and the seasonal sheet of what birds to expect.

We love your store and the selection of high quality seed, suet, bird supplies. We enjoy seeing the birds in our yard and have a variety of species with the food we buy. I think you have a great product and the birds bucks program is a perk too.

There's a woman who works there, and has been there many years. She's knowledgeable, friendly, happy and I've come to expect her great attitude.

Simply put, and without all the specifics, I have never found anything wrong with the store in any way. I think it is a perfect store! I have always been happy to enter and happy when I leave. Wonderful staff.

I got what I wanted. Staff helped load it in my car. I got it home and like the way it looks.

I love that the staff loads the bird seed in my car for me. I wish i could buy two smaller bags for the price of the larger one as they are quite heavy for me to deal with.
