Because of the staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. That’s all that matters to me.

It's always very easy to find what I am looking for and always very quick to get checked out. They always find my profile with no problem and usually have some fun facts about birds while I'm there.

It is always pleasant to visit this store because the employees are helpful and I usually find what I'm after. This visit the store was out of suet cylinders, which surprised me, but I'll return another day and I'm sure they will have restocked them.

the seed log product has been excellent in attracting a bigger variety of birds this year. We are now trying the woodpecker block if I can find something to hold it. Its dimensions are awkward for the feeders we have.

Like the selection and knowledge of staff

I can always find what I am looking for. If not at this store they recommend where I can find it, which happened only once years ago. They re always friendly and answer my questions about merchandise and birds.
