My satisfaction is primarily result of your excellent, helpful and very friendly staff. I reported a "problem" earlier in the survey. It wasn't really a problem, but a glitch. I had pre-ordered some seed some time back (before current owners, I believe) but it was not what I actually wanted. I now prefer a different kind of seed (no mess, not no mess NM). The staff took a while to figure it out, but we have a great talk while they did!

The staff is always very friendly & knowledgeable. The seed that I bought is prefect for our birds. I usually purchase during a sale & earn bird bucks.

You have a great selection of items and knowledgeable staff. I brought in a brand new feeder that a deer had broken. Even though it was not a guaranteed item you man fixed it. Much appreciated.

Large selection and inventory of bird food; knowledgeable staff when I asked questions about a few different products; everyone who works there was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
