I'm new to birding and part of the learning process is asking questions of more experienced people. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly, and I never feel as if I'm bothering anyone when I ask so many questions. The staff is not only helpful, I feel that they go the extra mile to give good advice. Once I bought a bath bubbler and the person I asked took me aside, unboxed the item, and showed me how to clean it. She even threw in to be careful that it doesn't go to the side and spurt out all the water. It was helpful and much appreciated information, and prevented a return or frustration on my part.
