The seed is fresh and the birds love it. Always interesting things in the store for possible gifts. I also like the informatio about what birds are being seen in the area.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable and it continues to be our "go-to" place for all our bird supplies, even though it's somewhat of a drive from our home.

I knew what I was coming in for. The young man who waited on me was very courteous, which is unusual these days and I commented on his manners. It is sad that these kinds of things merit mention these days, but they do.

I went in to renew my membership on this visit. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent.

It was a fast, easy, and pleasurable shopping experience.

I wanted bark butter, but it was unavailable. The store staff showed me how to get some (small samples).
