I frequently shop at WBU, Santa Fe, and have always found the staff to be helpful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I was met immediately by a pleasant young man, told him what I needed (no-mess mix in large bag), discussed thistle seed birds and all species coming to my 3 feeders, and then paid for my seed and was out the door in 5 minutes. Perfect!

My satisfaction with the store has not changed since the new owners. Lots of innovative ideas.

The service and quality of merchsndise

Hey. I used to hunt blue grouse in Idaho, where I lived for years. They are yummy! And so beautiful when they are flying. When I was a stupid teenager in Pennsylvania, where I grew up, I shot birds for "sport", on our rural forest property with a .22 rifle every time I could get the chance. something to shoot at, eh? Now, I would not hurt a bird, or most any other wild creature, (or tame creature), unless my life was at stake, and maybe not even then. I am trying to help the wild birds in my backyard as much as I can. Even the hungry "blue jays". I am really glad you all are there, providing all of us the opportunity and source of necessary nutrients for our feathered friends! Thank you.

I am Highly Satisfied because in the 19 years I have been feeding and caring for birds , I have never been evenly Slightly Dissatisfied. Not once. Not ever. And the transfer in ownership went, as far as I know, without a hitch. Congratulations, all around!
