Entire staff is welcoming, attentive and knowledgable about products in the store. Look forward to the emails suggesting what to do & feed each bird. ALL hardware products are top notch, birds enjoy them and they are easy to maintain (minus the bear visits). Visiting the store has greatly enhanced our appreciation of the wild bird community in Santa Fe. I'd like more variety with the smaller cylinders, might be a supply chain issue. We also really liked the visit from the New Mexico Wildlife center! refreshments from Dolce were the bomb! When I tell my friends to visit the store, I sometimes get "kind of expensive" which I come back with "you get what you pay for" and birds are so happy with quality (over quantity) feed. Keep it up.

I appreciate hearing about the neighborhood birds and seeing new information posted on the board. i was happy they had bird bells in stock.

I love having the entertainment of watching the birds come and go. They show their appreciation daily for the high quality products I put out. I only buy from this store for them. I can always find what I want. If something happens to be out of stock, I know it will reappear at some point and that it's not because the store hasn't done its best to keep things stocked. Like being able to finally purchase the large tub of bark butter. I had been going along with the smaller size since it was all that was available for awhile.

Store carries a good inventory of products and the staff is very good.

It was quick enrollment in the savings club when I could not do it online. The product I wanted was available and on sale.

We've been Wild Birds customers for years...almost 20 years that included the store on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State and here in Santa Fe NM.
