Everything I was looking for was available (and then some), the staff greeted me immediately, asked if I needed assistance (but didn't hover) and remained polite, professional and welcoming.

Everybody there is wonderful, and after all this time in the covid experience, it was wonderful to connect. I was highly satisfied when i realized that I spent more money at the great things I chose than was a good idea at this, and the return of some of the items was graceful and handled with aplomb. Took in my broken umbrella that fits on a feeder. Found out no longer made but store had one in the back. Replaced but no other replacements once that breaks. didn't pay for replacements. I also appreciate the carry out for my bags of seeds. Great service for seniors.

The seed is fresh and there is a variety of other feeding choices for suet and related products. I am a bird bucks member and that helps when I make a purchase.
