Super friendly staff. Love looking at the board with all the birds people are seeing in the area. Lots of variety and my choices are always available.

Susanna was especially helpful when I asked about how and when to feed mealworms to Western Bluebirds. She got me set up with food and a feeder to put in my yard.

I enjoyed my visit. However, my order included an extra which appeared to be two caramels in a bag stapled to a sheet that said the bag contained bird food. So, I didn't know what it was and whether it was intended for human or bird consumption. Very confusing. Other than that minor issue, I enjoyed (as always) my visit to your store.
