Staff was pleasant and helped me also immediately. The product I wanted was in stock. I got help carry the bird seed to my car. Overall a very pleasant experience.

WBU, is a store of 100% joy. It isn’t the grocery store, the post office, the bank, etc. It’s a store for birders and birding sparks joy, a rare commodity on the planet currently. In addition to seed and water systems, there are practical bird themed or nature themed items that customers can give as gifts or use in their own home. From recycled floor mats to cards for particular occasions, et al. one can get a bunch of shopping done in one store!

We don't live close to Santa Fe, New Mexico, but the next time we are in the area we will certainly stop by. It will not be in the next two months thouugh but hopefully next spring. It was a great store and I will definitely shop online.
