All staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are always available to provide assistance in getting purchases to my car (even if it's not parked in the special spaces in front of the store). With my bad back, that service is an unexpected bonus for shopping at WBU.

I am always happy when I enter and when I leave - there are lovely products to choose from - always interesting gifts and affordable staples for those of us who love our birds - the service people are friendly and knowledgeable!

Although everything at store was great, the Bark Butter is inconsistent in quality. Sometimes it is dry and flaky making it difficult to spread on trees.

I usually know what I want. If I have any questions or need assistance, the staff is always helpful.
