Love the staff at this store. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The products are top quality, willing to pay a bit more for better quality. Sometimes it seems we are paying for the name more than the product.

WBU had what I needed, and delivered right to our door. Order was exactly what we ordered on-line. Usually we shop in the store but it was most convenient this time to have order delivered.

This was one of two favorite stores when I lived in Santa Fe (the other was Artful Tea). I miss you all so much, but I’m so happy that I can order online … the birds in Amarillo are happy, too! While I haven’t seen as many beautiful birds here, I’m learning to appreciate the birds that are showing up (grackles 🤓, meadowlarks 🥸, and curved billed thrashers 😍!). Thank you, WBU!

Service! Of course I rely on the top quality of your products, but the knowledge of your sales staff is incredible! I love to buy seed at the holidays for a special friend who shops with you and I can always get the information I need to make sure I buy her just the right products! The salesperson who took care of me on this recent visit was friendly and helpful. And the store is such a pleasure to visit and shop!
