had just what I needed

After discussing why my bird feeder birds did not eat any of a suet cylinder I had put up in a new green wire cage and telling the 3 staff people about being so puzzled…they just gave me a new cylinder…the thought was maybe the old one was too dried out and hard for the birds. I hung up new one a few days ago…it’s being used. Yay thank you what a NICE gesture!!!

Peg was patient and helpful..she made sure the 20# thistle was available when I called and saved one for me until I showed up. I call that excellent customer service.

I was in for a purchase....upon leaving and going to the library...help !! could not find my purse..back I went to Birds..not there..BUT a woman staff said 2 eyes are better than 1..lets look in the car...which I had done with no success...She found my purse lying in back on the floor...how it got there is a mystery....probably my sweet dog might have been the culprit....about to drive off, the woman gave me a wonderful hug and said next time to bring my cute dog inside for a treat..yes, I will...such a warm place is your store....and thank you again ......Jean Bell
