The products I had come to buy were all out of stock. I had to purchase smaller sizes that were more costly plus return a second time when the stock arrived.

The price is unsustainable for me. A bag of seed $48!!!! I can feed a family of two people for a week for that amount of money.

Not true. I was HIGHLY SATISFIED.

I was satisfied. It is expensive so I say I am mostly satisfied.

I would like to buy more during my visits but being a senior and being paid once a month will not let me do that. I do appreciate your percentage off like on the suet. That helped me a great deal.

friendliness of staff, selection of products, happy atmosphere

They have discontinued seed storage, which was such a wonderful, helpful, friendly service to customers. I much preferred the old 20% sales than the new 15% off after paying a fee, which is also unnecessarily complicated. Prices are up 28% since March, so we have higher prices, less discount, and a fee for the sales club. If these issues are not resolved I may as well buy seed online and have it delivered to my home outside the city limits.

I regret that was a mistake, I like the store, met the new owner and asked if he had written the recent article about woodpeckers.
