Birdseed was listed at a sale price on the on the wall, but was not honored. It was really $10 more than the price that was marked. Sales person did not honor the sale price $40 for a bag of bird food is just way too much.

I paid 13.95 for a feeder cleaning brush. A few days later I found the exact same item at Ace on Cerrilos for 8.95. I went online and found the item in a few other places, all significantly below your price. This is price gouging.

Two issues. 1. I had my arms full of bird food while trying to get a bird bath from the shelf and I was struggling to do so. There was a worker right beside me, male, who offered no assistance. 2. I am a member, at checkout I asked about the 15% discount, which isxmy understanding applies for members purchasing bird food, and I was told there was not a sale that day. I asked a few times and was not given the discount although she did search for my information when I 1st arrived at the register. She was a young woman, and there was also an older woman sitting by her who heard the entire conversation. This was on 9/29 in the afternoon.

I tried unsuccessfully to place the order online and it failed miserably after trying for over a hour.

I received an email and thought seed cylinders were on sale. They weren’t. When I got home I checked the email. it was for $5 off a purchase over, I believe, $25, which is what my purchase was. I think the staff should be aware of the emails/deals that are being offered. I live too far away to have gone back.

Ever since the store changed ownership the prices have sky rocketed. This happened before the pandemic so it preceded any supply chain issues. I've now shop almost exclusively elsewhere and will continue to do so. It's a shame because other than the prices, I like the store. Good luck.

I bought the blend that was recommended. So far the birds won’t touch it. It just sits there. I’ve waited thinking the cold and high winds might be the problem but since it became warmer, nope. Birds land on my fence, look, and fly away. One or two will pick at the selection on the patio but none will go into the bird feeder. Mill bring it back on Monday.

The prices have gone up substantially! Yes, I know, everybody is using COVID as the excuse, but this is horrible! We have shopped here for years and I'm definitely going to hesitate before returning! It's heartbreaking!

Your prices for birdseed have become outrageous. They were always high but $50 per bag is not sustainable...for you or customers. Just a couple years ago I paid approximately $30 for the same product, less when it was on sale.
