I find prices a bit higher compared to similar products at Walmart. But the store is very convenient for me and hopefully the seeds are a bit higher quality

I guess the price of seed starts to impact my satisfaction. I shopped on a day when I also did most of my grocery shopping, and went to three grocery stores. But the bill at Wild Birds was the highest of the bunch, and that struck me this time.

Prices are higher than expected.

For someone like me, a senior citizen on a fixed income, the prices are pretty high. I bought the nesting blend because I LOVE my birds but it came to around $40 for one bag which probably will last a week. I do love Wild Birds and will continue shopping there but think the prices are too high. Usually I get the Deluxe which is the cheapest seed you have but the nesting blend is really expensive and because of that seems to be meant only for those well-heeled Santa Feans.

Being on a limited income...the prices have continued to go higher...this is very challenging!!!!!!!

The staff was not very helpful. They stayed behind the checkout counter the whole time.

I do not like having to pay for the privilege of being in some sort of buyers club and for getting discounts. I prefer the way it used to be when we simply earned rewards and never had to pay out of pocket I think the gift your customers give you is giving you their business and shopping in your store. You should not charge them a fee to receive discounts.

Item wanted was not in stock. Check out clerk was slow and was not well informed.

your prices are too high. Even the few items that go on sale, there is always a catch. you have to spend MORE to get this or that.
