I have always liked the quality merchandise sold specifically for feeding wild birds

It's so Expensive!

I am very satisfied with the staff -- they are WONDERFUL. Your stuff is a bit pricey. I didn't like one of the hummingbird feeders I bought that was recommended because the juice didn't always go down to the level needed for the birds. You had to hit it and get it to bubble and I wound up throwing it out after 2 weeks. I also later found the second feeder I got for about half of what I had paid at Home Depot. I'd like it if there were more small seeds and less sunflower seeds in the no mess birdseed. I would like to be able to use my loyalty discount AND my $5 birthday discount in the same visit.

Nothing to do with employees,cleanliness or selection. I’m very limited income so I am not able to buy a lot.

Was a routine visit with no detailed staff interaction.

I have bought so much of this birdseed over the years. It's entirely fine -- I just have bought it so often.....

Sad that the price of a bag of Deluxe Blend is over $30. Wondering how frequently it will be on sale?

I am reserving judgment as you make changes to the store operations and offerings under new owners. I am on a tiny budget but do buy for my birds as often as I can and am in fairly regularly, so I invested in the bird buyers club, not something I normally do. I understand, though, that this is taking the place of the seed storage and other helpful and long-prized options at the store. A friend who I also house sit for buys a lot of seed in bulk and has you store it, so I know she is unhappy about this change. I bought seed during the fall sale and had you store a couple of bags for the first time, but overall, I do not buy enough for this to likely be a problem for me. A shame, though, that you changed this.
