Prices are very high

I shopped on Saturday …. I got home to a mailer that said cylinders would be on sale starting Monday. I bought a cylinder. All he had to do is say “this goes on sale Monday.” This cylinder was not an emergency, and I could have waited for the sale. Thanks for a nice store.

It's like everything else right now - sticker shock. It is not the fault of any store/business owner - it really is out of anyone's control. I will continue to shop and purchase as I need because my backyard gives me my mental escape - it's just sad that everyone is economically stressed right now

I was just surprised that the sunflower seeds were more expensive than last time I bought them.

I love this store and the owner and staff are great. But they do kind of over do it trying to help. It feels pushy at times. I understand it’s a balance but suggest they really let people peruse and just be available. Not constantly be asking abs probing. But they are super knowledgeable and I appreciate everyone there.

Sheryl is always knowledgeable, suggests new ir different products, and very friendly

There was a woman without a mask in the store. She should have been asked to leave.

Wait times only were a bit long.

I have been buying the same products for many years, so I don’t have questions-except where are the birds?
