This comment is not fair. The staff spends so much time explaining things its annoying when its for a person ahead of me in line....but when its me I love it. I think the selection of feeders and feed could be better

While prices have gone up, our income has not, and what I paid 2 years ago for seed was doable. $36 for a bag of seed now is not. It just kills me! What can I give my birds now? 😢

I have been paralyzed since SINCE DECEMBER AND I SEND MY HUSBAND TO THE STORE FOR ME. HE DOESN'T KEEP UP WITH THE EMAILS AND STUFF SO HE WAS UNAWARE THAT I WAS STILL IN TIDAL I BELIEVE TO A BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT AS WELL AS TO A FINCH SEED DISCOUNT WHICH HAD BEEN IN THE WORKS RECENTLY. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT I CANNOT COME INTO THE STORE WHENEVER THE DATES ARE TO CLAIM MY REWARDS.

I went in to buy bark butter bits & bugs but the store was out of them. The worker kindly took my number and offered to call when they were in stock again.

I so appreciated when they used to store birdseed for us. I could buy larger amounts during sales and it was more economical. I also would rather have sales than have to keep track of belonging to a buyer's club and have to pay a fee. It's just one more thing to keep track of. I know they can't help the rocketing prices. Staff and owners are lovely and knowledgeable.

The Bird Bucks policy needs to be more fully explained. The receipt seems to always indicate zero bird bucks (even though I almost always have a ten dollar credit on the slip). The amount charged is always the amount after the "DSC2" discount. Why? If bird bucks are included in club savings, OK; but that needs to be made clear. I've heard customers says they believe they are being cheated which I'm sure you don't want to have them believe. I spend between $200-300 each month at your store and the club savings line says I've saved $104.72 in the past month, which is substantial. But I'd like an explanation so I can recommend your store without hesitation.

I've been shopping at Wild Birds since they first opened. It's because the seed is fresh and the birds will eat it, plus it's a local business.

I only needed two items and knew what I needed.
