The staff is excellent, the products are good, and the only reason I'm not "highly" satisfied overall is cost. I think things are a little expensive. Other than that, everything is great.

Sadly the prices are extremely high which is main reason I don’t shop there anymore.

I think some productd are not the best. An example is your Hummingbird feeders.

I wish there were a greater selection of products on the shelves. More birding books (perhaps some cheaper options), maybe some native wildflower seeds that attract birds, more post cards, DIY bird houses, collectable playing cards, magnets, etc. I love to walk around the shop just to look at all the cool products you have and I would love to see more. Thank you!

I was satisfied. There was nothing bad about the experience. I got what I came for and left satisfied.

Had previously purchased the large cylinder of the ‘ squirrel resistant’ Chile bird seed. It has been up for a few months and the birds will not eat it. I ended up throwing it away. Would have liked to receive a refund or a discount. This was a waste of money

The prices at the store shot up dramatically as soon as the store changed ownership. This was long before the Covid supply chain issues. The previous owners had a long time run with a very viable business without over charging their customers. I don't like rewarding businesses that take advantage of their customers. I buy almost all of my birding supplies at other local stores now.
