Prices are extremely high generally. Lately I have noticed what looks like odd nuts like pistachios and pecan bits in my No Mess food that look like leftovers from food industry. I wonder if they are not as fresh and if beneficial for the birds.

I am very satisfied with everything about this store but the prices. I understand that quality feed and other things cost more so I usually wait for a sale. I'm grateful for the daily savings program for now. And the location is convenient as I shop in that area often.

A few months ago I received curt and unfriendly service from a young man (maybe the owner's son?) who would not give me any credit on a low cement/stone birdbath that had spontaneously cracked in several spots. He said all of those are sold with a paper warning not to leave them out in the cold, but my bird bath had been bought at least 2-3 years ago and I remember no such advice. The poster on the window shows a bird in winter bathing in such a bird bath. I've spent HUNDREDS in the store and felt like I should have been ashamed to ask for a replacement or any consideration. If I knew of another store with the same products I would have gladly switched stores. I've bought a few things elsewhere for this reason. I still hate when he waits on me.

I just think your prices are high.

Everything with the store and staff is wonderful but I'm being priced out at this point due to increases everything including here.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the price of the 10-lb bag of bird seed I purchased. I will likely look for another source of bird feed going forward.
